Cancellations and Refunds

At Jia Tech Solution, we strive to ensure that our clients are completely satisfied with our services. However, we understand that there may be situations where a refund or cancellation may be necessary. The following terms outline our policy for refunds and cancellations:

1. Refund Policy

  • Eligibility for Refunds:
    Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:

    • If there has been a significant error or issue caused by us during the development process that cannot be resolved in a reasonable time.
    • If the services provided do not match the agreed-upon scope as outlined in the contract.
    • If we are unable to complete the project as per the timeline due to reasons that are our responsibility.
  • Refund Process:
    If you qualify for a refund, we will process your refund request within 10 business days from the approval date. Refunds will be made via the original method of payment, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Non-Refundable Charges:
    Please note that deposit payments (50%) made at the time of booking are non-refundable, except in cases where we are unable to provide services as per the contract.

  • Service-Specific Refunds:
    For any services related to hosting, domain registration, or third-party services, refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of those third-party providers.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Client-Initiated Cancellation:

    • If you choose to cancel the project before completion, the cancellation request must be made in writing.
    • If the project has already started, we will charge for the work completed up until the point of cancellation.
    • Refund for any amount will be processed based on the completed work at the time of cancellation, and the non-refundable deposit will not be returned.
  • Company-Initiated Cancellation:

    • We reserve the right to cancel the project at any time if you fail to meet payment terms or violate the agreed-upon terms in the contract.
    • If the project is canceled by Jia Tech Solution, the client will be refunded for the work that has not yet been completed. The non-refundable deposit will be retained.
  • Termination of Services:

    • In the case of cancellation, all services (hosting, email, support, etc.) will be terminated within 15 days after cancellation.
    • You will be provided with access to your website files and data for 7 days after the termination of services to allow for migration.

3. Additional Terms

  • No Refund on Completed Projects:
    Once the project has been delivered and is live on the website, no refunds will be issued unless there is a significant issue that is our responsibility.

  • Changes Post-Completion:
    If after the website is completed, you wish to make any significant changes, those will be charged separately as per the agreement.
